Terms of Use

The rules for using bitwidth.ai. Last updated 17 October 2026.

Agreement

By using bitwidth.ai you agree to these terms. If you create an account, you also agree to the Privacy Policy. The operator is Bitwidth Labs, LLC. Questions: contact@bitwidth.ai.

The service

Bitwidth publishes an AI news feed, originals, getting-started guides, and third-party benchmark charts (Artificial Analysis and Arena, with their marks and terms). The core feed is free. Paid membership and merch are not for sale yet — any “Pro” or shop copy that still looks like a purchase path is not a live offer. The Bit Brief list is optional, for accounts, and you can leave it from any edition or from Account.

Accounts

You must give an email you control. Every account stays pending until you confirm that inbox (link from noreply@bitwidth.ai), including Continue with Google. Keep your password to yourself. We may refuse, lock, or delete an account that looks automated, abusive, or impersonating someone else. Do not attack, scrape in bulk, or bypass rate limits.

Our content and sourced news

Originals and guides are published by Bitwidth. Guides are drafted by an agent and checked by a person before they go live. Daily digests and open-model notes publish on the desk cadence. Other originals wait for a person. News cards link out to the publisher; we do not grant you rights in those third-party stories. Benchmark names, scores, and logos belong to their owners.

If something we published is wrong, email contact@bitwidth.ai with the URL and the correction. See the corrections policy.

Your responsibility

All guides and materials published on bitwidth.ai, and anything you use from them, are used at your own risk. All goods and services are provided as is.

Before you act on a guide, check the pieces that go stale: the model name and version, whether the weights fit the hardware you actually have, the current vendor documentation for any command or flag, and any price or quota. A benchmark score is the cited publisher’s snapshot, not a promise that you will see the same number.

The feed is information. It is not professional, legal, financial, or investment advice. We do not warrant uninterrupted service or that every headline is complete.

Liability

To the extent Georgia law allows, Bitwidth Labs, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, hardware, or profits, arising from use of the site or from following a guide. Our total liability for a claim about the site is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim (which is zero while the core feed is free).

Law

These terms follow the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Georgia have exclusive venue, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page with a new date. Continued use after that date is acceptance of the update.
