Anthropic opened Claude Marketplace on Sep 23. The catalog lists more than 2,000 connectors and purchasable agents. Accenture, BCG and Deloitte are early partners. Builders can list tools via MCP and Agent Skills.1

Anthropic said ~950 Claude agents ran for ~21 hours and used ~210M tokens. They found array-associated reverse transcriptases in bacteriophage DNA. The system pairs a reverse transcriptase gene with a CRISPR-like repeat array. Function is unknown. Human scientists did the wet-lab validation.2
Antigravity SDK local Gemma 4
Google's Developers Blog on Sep 23 added local execution to Antigravity. The SDK runs Gemma 4 26B A4B via LiteRT on machines with >24GB VRAM. A demo kept 97.2% of 3,322 tokens local while planning stayed in the cloud.3
